SAT/ACT Prep Course
Plainedge High School offers a SAT/ACT prep course as an elective opportunity. It is recommended for 10th and 11th grade students. A full description of the course is located in our curriculum guide.

Method Test Prep is offering online courses this fall for the SAT and ACT. Eighteen hours of live teacher-led instruction at a cost of $299 per course. Select links below for dates and details.

High School has provided your child with access to Method Test Prep, an
online course that helps students build their math, reading, writing,
and SAT/ACT test prep skills. By visiting the following link:

Using
the link and referral code tkn.60790953 your child can set up his or her own account
and the course will keep track of all the work he or she has completed.
Students
can listen to math, verbal and writing tutorials and each tutorial is
accompanied by a quiz to test student mastery. The program is highly
adaptive and keeps track of a student’s strengths and weaknesses.
Students have access to a large pool of practice questions and receive
instant feedback upon completion of each question. This feedback
includes easy-to-understand explanations.
